Policy Overview
Our refund policy allows you to receive a refund for the service fee only if you cancel within 24 hours of payment confirmation. After the initial 24-hour window, or if the application has been submitted to the government, you are generally not entitled to a refund, though you may be refunded government fees in some cases. We also reserve the right to refuse service and keep fees if unlawful acts are suspected.
When You Might Get a Refund
Within 24 Hours
You can cancel your application within 24 hours of receiving email confirmation of your payment and receive a refund of our service fee.
Unable to Provide Service
You may receive a refund if we are unable to provide the service as stated in the contract.
When You Are Generally Not Entitled to a Refund
After 24 Hours
If you wish to cancel after the 24-hour period has passed, you are generally not entitled to a refund of our service fees.
Government Fees
For applications canceled after 24 hours, only government fees are refundable.
Application Submitted to Government
If the application has been submitted to the government, no fees will be refunded.
Suspicion of Unlawful Acts
We have the right to refuse service and not provide a refund if we suspect any involvement in unlawful or illegal practices.
